We are currently looking for an HVAC Residential Installer to join our team in the Bainbridge, GA area.

What You’ll Do 

  • As an HVAC Residential Installer, you will successfully perform installation, repairs on complex HVAC systems, in a residential environment 

  • Deliver consistent excellent customer service that always ensures a high level of customer satisfaction! Ability to complete an accurate and thorough HVAC installation. 

  • Ability to perform all HVAC Installations and replacements to code, and any necessary electrical work associated with HVAC, have the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, ability to draw simple diagrams, and read blueprints. 

  • Must have working knowledge of and ability to be in compliance with all state and federal HVAC codes.

  • Minimally 2 years of HVAC residential Installer experience  

  • Your field experience with current HVAC license and certifications 

  • Responsible, organized, Excellent communication skills 

  • Self-Starter, confident, conscientious, ability to train others

  • Your ability to provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships! 

  • You can work alone or in a fast-paced team environment

  • You can remain calm when dealing with stressful situations 

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills  

Additional Requirements 

  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check & and motor vehicle check 

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
