Dispatcher – Cooper’s Plumbing & Air

Do you love being in the middle of the action? We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join Cooper’s Plumbing & Air, serving Southwest Georgia, Tallahassee, and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Dispatch technicians to service and maintenance calls

  • Keep the schedule running smoothly and efficiently

  • Communicate clearly with customers and technicians

  • Record accurate notes and update our system

  • Help turn frustrated clients into loyal customers
